Refund & Cancellation
Reelwish subscriptions and Coin purchases are processed through Google Play.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel a recurring subscription in Google Play. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not normally refund the current billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. Request a refund through Google Play, or contact us with the order reference for assistance. Reelwish cannot override Google Play’s decision.
Missing entitlements
If a purchase was charged but Coins, content, or subscription access did not appear, contact pkpo1443@gmail.com with your account email and order reference. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
Important: Do not make a second purchase while the first transaction is pending. Contact support first so we can help reconcile the order.
